Privacy Policy

The 39th Street Community Improvement District (CID) is a public entity with privacy policy standards applying to detailed information regarding individual proprietary information. As a public entity, the CID ensures transparency and follows a code of ethics for community projects, collaborative decision-making and common solutions. No individual information is shared with any other company, organization or institution for any purpose. 

Individual businesses and services in the District have their own policies for returns, exchanges and conduct. Please see their individual company policies for consumer questions.
