The 39th Street Community Improvement District (CID) Guidelines:

• Please be respectful of others, there are many residents and patrons that reside and/or visit in the District.
• Littering is a violation so please do not leave discarded debris on the sidewalks or "next to and  on top" of trash receptacles. 
• Graffiti is a violation punishable by law. Remember that if it does not belong to you, someone else takes the time and cost to maintain it. 
• Parking is often a challenge for non-local drivers, please be courteous and slow down for pedestrians and traffic. 
• Kansas City is a great place to live and visit. Help yourself stay safe in public spaces and remember to detour theft by locking your vehicle with personal items out of visible sight.  
• The District public corridor follows municipal codes, ordinances and guidelines. Please see City of Kansas City, MO for more information on citywide services and requirements pertaining to property and regulations.
